Ashton King, Beep beep I wake up and press dismiss button on my alarm clock. My eyes move to the digital clock on the table beside my bed, which shows 5:00 am. I get up from my bed and observe the peaceful weather from the window. Then I go to my bathroom and get freshen up and wear my work out clothes, shoes and take my skipping rope and earplugs with me.
