Uhhhhhhhh.........!!!!!Damn my alarm. It's just 4 am why the hell I've to wake up so early uh?

Yeah right I've a surgery to attend.

My alarms' still going on,but I don't wanna stop it because I love the song by my favourite singer Selena Gomez.

Fine I'm getting up yeah,the surgery starts at 6:30 I gotta reach the hospital by 6:00. Perks of being a n.s (neurosurgeon):

1.Gotta wake up even in the middle of the night.

2.Money.

3.Money.

4.Money.

5.Respect.

6.Parties.

7.Blessing from the patient and their loved ones.

and money,money money!

So yeah it's worth it.

As I just have to attend the surgery and supervise the interns, so I don't have a lot to do. This is gonna be the last year of those interns who are practice under me so they almost know everything. 

I've to say they all are bright students.

I go in my majestic bathroom and do my daily routine using strawberry shampoo, strawberry body wash and put strawberry scented moisturizer and perfume. Yeah I love strawberry scented products. Then I go inside my walk in closet.

I take a plain white top and a blue blazer matching accessories and black jeans. I pair them with a brown boot.

Apart from being a neurosurgeon I also own a company "Belle" which has chain of hotels and restaurants all over the world.

After becoming a neurosurgeon I helped my mom to raise a company of her own as she always wanted one, "Lizabeth" based on her name Elizabeth which is a company that makes different fabrics and also different technology products.

Different fabrics help my other company "K fashion and the City" for designing different clothes for men, women and children. I'm the co-owner of the company while my best friend Katharine Sherwood is the owner of the company. All the idea and everything is hers, I'm just the capital provider, I invest in the company and get profited.

I mostly be in my office, I go to the hospital only when there's a critical situation and I'm needed, but the hospital provides me my monthly salary, I've my fees for attending any surgery and another fee for doing the surgery. Yeah that's the perks of being the best neurosurgeon in the country.

I leave my room, collecting necessary files and documents needed for today. I go to the dinning table and see the breakfast ready, by Martha my housekeeper, she is like a 2nd mom to me. The breakfast includes bacon, sausages, eggs,and cereal. I'm a surgeon so I do prefer healthy food though sometimes I do eat junk food too.

After having my breakfast I leave my penthouse and my driver Jacob gets my car-BMW i8. He greets me and open the door for me, I greet him back and ask him about his wife ad daughter. I hand over a gift to him which I bought for his daughter Reily, as today is her first day in a school. I've already ordered him, yeah ordered, to be with his daughter when she goes to the school today.

The drive is of 30 minutes, but as it is quite early the number of vehicles would be quite less. I reach the hospital in 20 minutes. I work in 'White Plains Hospital'. I enter the hospital and the guards Tom and Rob greet me and I greet them back. I go inside and people start greeting me I give them a slight nod and a small smile because I don't know them.

I go in my cabin and take off my blazer and wear the clothes for surgery. I go in the surgery room and the surgery starts. In the surgery room, all the interns were already present. I don't have to teach them much, because they already know almost everything, I helped them where they needed help and the surgery gets completed by 8:30 and is a success, it has to be ,as it was conducted by me. I go back in my cabin change back to my normal clothes. I then go to my office which is at 10 minutes distance.

As I enter I'm greeted by people, I do the same I did in the hospital and take my private elevator and reach 60th floor where my cabin is situated. I go in my cabin and find Orange juice kept on my table, by my P.A, its a daily routine. I don't drink tea or coffee as its very bad for health. Then my P.A, Jenna knocks my door and I mutter a come in.

"Good morning ma'am"

"Good morning Jenna, what's in my schedule for today?"

"Today at 10:00 you have a meeting with the medical council which will be held here, at 12:00 you have a meeting with Mr.Mikaelson, at 2:00 you have to go on a lunch with your brother who's visiting you for a week, at 5:00 you have a meeting with the board members then you have to go to the gala organized by Mr.Sheltzman."

"Okay arrange conference room 12 for the meeting with medical council and make sure all the arrangements are perfect, get all the necessary documents required, for the meeting with Mr.Mikaelson, get a designer watch for my brother as his gift and book a table for two at The Latin Quarters and get my dress from my designer for tonight's gala and also get my stylist at my home at 7:30 pm."

"Will do ma'am."

"And after you are done with all of these you can take rest of the day off, and take care of your mother."

"Oh it's not needed ma'am."

"It is needed and get her white roses from my side, I'll come to visit her soon when I'm free."

"Thank you ma'am, I'll take my leave now" with that she left.

Well it's gonna be a long day!
