Light fills the room, coaxing me from deep sleep to wakefulness. I stretch out and open my eyes before walking near to look through the window. It’s a beautiful morning, the sun was peeking up through the clouds. It was indeed a view. The bed was empty much to my dismay. Reed was already long gone, his scent was fading, he didn’t wake me before leaving. The thought make me sad for a minute. Yesterday was so much fun. How he love to read, his love for literature, which I can already guess from the giant library he had back in the castle.
