Demon Lord

"What was that wolf thinking coming in here alone? The orc says. "That brat got himself killed for nothing, that's what he gets for trying to take on more than he could handle. Now then where were we?"Just then Fenrir's body starts to move. Dark aura starts to surround him as he stands up. 'It's been far too long since I've been in the human realm.'Luna looks concerned by Fenrir's new form. "Fenrir, is that you?""No, you stupid bitch, Fenrir is no more. My name is Zel'guul, but you can call me Zel for short. That kid was stupid enough to let me use his body as I please, and now I can wreak havoc upon this world once more." The orc steps up to fight Zel. "Just because you got a little power-up doesn't mean you can defeat me and my minions. Goblins attack him.""Don't get too cocky just because you think you're some big shot around here. I've fought much stronger opponents than you, even though this body can't handle my full power yet, it's

New Beginnings

Fenrir continues his training with Delmar. Day and night Fenrir focuses on strengthening his magical aura and his control over it. Delmar noticed that Fenrir has trouble using other elements besides fire. "Even though you are technically an elemental type, your progress with using other elements are downright awful. So I suggest you continue trying to master fire first." Delmar says. "I've never heard of mages using magic to enhance physical abilities before. Why am I different from the rest?" "Those mages are called enhancers. Just like magical weapons that can enhance the output of magical energy, enhancers can greatly increase all physical attributes. If you get good enough you can even enhance a weapon's durability. This type of magic is rare indeed and takes a toll on the user's body. Therefore on top of your normal training, you need to get your body into peak condition." "How does enhancement magic work? Does it multiply my attributes? W

Ghost of Myrr

The Dark Territory is filled with many unknown ancient ruins that magical beasts have made their home. Many of these structures the humans have not known about before the portals made this land into a hostile place. The monsters here could sense the magic coming from these ruins and many of them have made these their home. Fenrir follows Delmar deeper into the Dark Territory and wonders what exactly he is looking for. "Is there something in particular that you are trying to find?" "As my apprentice, you will be needing to get your hands on a magical artifact, one that is suited for your fighting style.""How long did it take you to find yours?""Far too long but when I found it, it was the most exciting experience of my life." After Delmar says this he looks a little annoyed by all this conversation. Delmar has no problem explaining how things work, but other than that he just wants to enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasts."Don't yo

Graveyard of Myrr

Fenrir is prepared for whatever monsters they are going to be facing. He was taught by Delmar that the most important thing about battling monsters is to identify their weak points. This is the main upper hand that anyone who wants to fight magical beasts needs to consider since the monsters themselves usually lack the intelligence to do the same thing. 'It's finally time to use what I've learned from my training. The more I fight the better I will get at identifying my opponent's weak points not matter who or what I am fighting.'Ryuu starts to get scared. "This isn't good. The ghouls here start to get hungry around this time." "That would have been helpful information to hear before we ventured into this graveyard." Delmar says.Demonic screams are now appearing everywhere across the graveyard, though they are a far away they appear to be coming closer. Delmar and Fenrir prepare themselves for a fight.  Delmar draws his sword and Fenrir gets ready t

An S-ranked battle

Delmar and the Knight both draw their swords and prepare to fight. Delmar knows the armor the knight is wearing is magic resistant, even so, that does not mean it's magic proof. 'That armor of his will still take damage from my attacks even if it's not much. I'm at a big disadvantage here, the only way for me to win is if I wear down that armor he has on.' The knight makes the first move by flowing his magic aura into his sword making it glow blue with lighting covering the blade. Streams of lightning shoot out from the blade in random directions as the knight pours more power into it. The lightning scorches the ground that it touches and destroys the gravestones that it hits. After the knight is done charging his sword he proceeds to rush forward at an incredible speed which catches Delmar off guard. Before he can react, the knight swings his sword and uses all of his momentum to swing his sword as hard as he can into Delmar's abdomen. The impact releases

Lord Myrr

The entrance to the castle of Myrr is what you would expect from any other standard castle. A simple strong gate made out of thick wood held together by metal braces. This door in particular swings open towards those trying to get in making it nearly impossible to break down or get in if an army would to lay siege without using a battering ram. However, in this case, the door is wide open as if someone inside was expecting company."This is strange." Ryuu says. "The doors are usually closed, it's not like Lord Myrr to leave them open and let anyone who wanders close to just walk right in." "Were they expecting us, or are they expecting other company?" "I do not know, but the doors usually only open when the company they expect arrive at the entrance. In this case, the doors were already opened when we approached." "I would like to wait for Delmar to catch up to us before we head inside, however, if he loses the battle we can't afford for
