Fenrir is prepared for whatever monsters they are going to be facing. He was taught by Delmar that the most important thing about battling monsters is to identify their weak points. This is the main upper hand that anyone who wants to fight magical beasts needs to consider since the monsters themselves usually lack the intelligence to do the same thing. 'It's finally time to use what I've learned from my training. The more I fight the better I will get at identifying my opponent's weak points not matter who or what I am fighting.'
Ryuu starts to get scared. "This isn't good. The ghouls here start to get hungry around this time."
"That would have been helpful information to hear before we ventured into this graveyard." Delmar says.
Demonic screams are now appearing everywhere across the graveyard, though they are a far away they appear to be coming closer. Delmar and Fenrir prepare themselves for a fight. Delmar draws his sword and Fenrir gets ready t
Delmar and the Knight both draw their swords and prepare to fight. Delmar knows the armor the knight is wearing is magic resistant, even so, that does not mean it's magic proof. 'That armor of his will still take damage from my attacks even if it's not much. I'm at a big disadvantage here, the only way for me to win is if I wear down that armor he has on.'The knight makes the first move by flowing his magic aura into his sword making it glow blue with lighting covering the blade. Streams of lightning shoot out from the blade in random directions as the knight pours more power into it. The lightning scorches the ground that it touches and destroys the gravestones that it hits. After the knight is done charging his sword he proceeds to rush forward at an incredible speed which catches Delmar off guard. Before he can react, the knight swings his sword and uses all of his momentum to swing his sword as hard as he can into Delmar's abdomen. The impact releases
The entrance to the castle of Myrr is what you would expect from any other standard castle. A simple strong gate made out of thick wood held together by metal braces. This door in particular swings open towards those trying to get in making it nearly impossible to break down or get in if an army would to lay siege without using a battering ram. However, in this case, the door is wide open as if someone inside was expecting company."This is strange." Ryuu says. "The doors are usually closed, it's not like Lord Myrr to leave them open and let anyone who wanders close to just walk right in.""Were they expecting us, or are they expecting other company?""I do not know, but the doors usually only open when the company they expect arrive at the entrance. In this case, the doors were already opened when we approached.""I would like to wait for Delmar to catch up to us before we head inside, however, if he loses the battle we can't afford for
Fenrir spends his day's training in the small jail cell, focusing both on his magic and his physical strength. Time itself eludes him, not being able to see the sunrise and set makes it hard to tell how long he has spent here.Ryuu spends his time exploring the building, he informs Fenrir that they are in a city. Which means they are no longer in the Dark Territory. What's seems like an eternity to Fenrir, he has no choice but to keep training and figure out a way to escape. Lord Myrr occasionally visits and tries to convince Fenrir to join him with no success. However, one day Lord Myrr brings Fenrir someone to keep him company. 'This might convince him to join me. I just need to give him a taste of what's been happening in the world since he's been down here.'"Fenrir, I have a surprise for you." For the first time since Fenrir was imprisoned here, the door is unlocked and opened to house a new prisoner in the cell. The new priso
Hakan leads Skoll outside the city. The meeting place is in the forest near the houses, farms, and small businesses that surround the city walls."So who is going to be our victim tonight? Skoll asks."We usually have one of our members wait for a drunkard to walk out of one of the bars and pretend to walk them home. Don't worry, we kill them quickly before we feast on them. Most of the time they don't realize what's happening before there dead.""So you kill them humanly?""We try to at least. We are not monsters like some of the humans would like to believe we are. You should consider yourself lucky that you don't have much contact with humans outside the city.""What? They think we are just monsters?""Some of them do, yes. At least it's less prevalent inside the city. Not everyone agrees with the king turning his army into werewolves.""So they consider us monsters even though they don't know about ou
"Shouldn't we be trying to get as far away from the capital as possible?" Skoll asks both of them."We have plenty of time. Besides, the soldiers should be preoccupied dealing with the wolves in the capital for some time. By the time they start searching for us, we will be long gone from the village we're headed too." Lokota replies. After two hours of walking, they reach their destination. This village, unlike others, is known for logging instead of farming like most small villages are. The massive forest that used to surround this village has been slowly dwindling due to excessive logging. What was once a village hidden in the forest, it is now surrounded by a field of tree stumps."This must be where the capital gets most if it's wood from." Hakan points out."Most likely. If we did enough damage here, they would need to focus on fixing this more than they would on hunting us down." Lokota says with a mischief smile.

After a week of walking, the wolves reach the headquarters of the rebellion. Situated in neutral territory between the Land of Fura, and the neighboring country, it is divided by a long stretch of mountains."Wait, I heard there are dragons that live in these mountains and guard this territory." One of the wolves says."That's just a myth, but it does keep the humans away from this place." Hakan replies. They make their way through the forest with Hakan leading the group. Many of the new wolves they freed, wonder how he knows where to go without a distinct path to follow. Before long, they reach a large chasm that runs straight through the mountain. Walls on both sides that stretch upward as far as the eye can see.Fissures in the walls are everywhere, each one narrower than the chasm they are walking through. They all seem to go a lot deeper into the mountain, making it seem like it would be a maze if you wandered in too far."How does
"What, you have to go straight to asking me that? No, it's good to see you again? This is exactly why I didn't want to come here. I was hoping that you wouldn't recognize me." Fenrir says with a growl in his voice."I'm guessing that she is dead then? I thought both of you were dead. I have made my peace thinking that I lost both of you for years now. Then you show up here by yourself, I thought you were going to protect her like you wanted too. That's what you kept saying, that you would protect us both like the eldest brother should. You spent your childhood training to become stronger, but it seems that was all for naught." Skoll says in a calm tone."And what did you do while we were fighting for our lives. I did the best I could to save her while you were nowhere to be seen. I damn near died trying to save her." Fenrir shouts."Fine, you win. I admit I should have been there as well. But with all the chaos that ensued that day, no on
Daren starts to fade in and out of consciousness. The pain is becoming too much for his body to handle. He stops screaming, and his body becomes numb. His brain severs the pain receptors. He lays there, getting sodomized to death. Dying this way never crossed his mind. How much damage has he done to her to make her this way? To even think about doing this to someone. Unforgivable. But these things happen all the time. We just choose to be ignorant of them for our sanity. "He's had enough." Fenrir says after seeing his body go limp. Alice is about to interject, but then she sees the same thing. He's dead. "Do you feel any better?" Fenrir asks her, already knowing the answer to that. She was enjoying herself, too much for Fenrir to be comfortable with. Then again. If he was in her position, he might have done something similar. Cloven comes to his mind. He still wonders why he let him live. "So soon?" Alice kicks his body to see if he is still alive. There's no sign of any life. "It
Despite all of the kicking and screaming Daren does, they continue to drag him outside and head for the river. "You brought this upon yourself." Alice berates him. "Bad dogs need to learn to shit outside." "Stop calling me that." Daren tries to hold back his anger. He doesn't want to make the situation worse. Then again, how could he? They're just going to kill him either way. "You know what? Fuck you. I should have beaten you harder when I had the chance." "This is what you get for going through life half-assed. If you're going to abuse someone, you might as well finish them off." Alice keeps berating Daren to get a reaction out of him. But Daren won't fall for it. He won't stoop to her level. He'll take this punishment like a man. This is nothing compared to getting his arm chopped off. What's a little cold bath going to do? When they reach the river, Fenrir asks Alice if she minds if he were to take a bath as well. He hasn't washed his fur since he came here. And she probably do
"What are we doing here?" Skoll says to Lucia and Fala, who have been coming to this bar every day after finishing their daily activities. "Shouldn't we be doing something?" Skoll takes a drink of his beer. He's on his seventh one. "You keep following Lucia and I. No one is forcing you to be here. In fact, we want you to leave." Over the past several days, Skoll has been getting on Fala's nerves with his excessive drinking. Always complaining about Fenrir. At this rate, she hopes he drinks himself to death. That would at least solve one of her problems. "Am I not good enough to fight the demon army by myself? Everyone thinks Fenrir can." Skoll orders a couple of shots, trying to drink himself into a drunken stupor. "I train hard every day, but I feel like I'm always one step behind him." "Skoll. Can Fala and I drink in peace? I understand where you're coming from. But this is getting ridiculous." Lucia tries not to use a harsh tone, but it comes off that way. She knows Skoll better
Fenrir bobs and weaves their fruitless attacks. Far to slow for any to hit him. Instead of going for the killing blows, Fenrir focuses on maiming them. Mainly going after the tendons in their legs so that they can't run away. One by one, they fall to the ground, screaming in pain and yelling for help. Fenrir is about to take out the last human of the group, but he stops short when he smells a familiar scent on him. Alice's scent. Then it hits him. This must be the guy she was talking about, the one who abused Alice in the first place. The one that caused her so much pain and suffering. The thoughts that race through Fenrir's mind are nothing short of sadistic. Wanting to see this human suffer more than the others. But this isn't his fight. Alice should be the one to take her revenge. He'll save him for her, to do what she deems necessary. A proper punishment for unforgivable crimes. This human just stares at him wide-eyed, scared that this violent creature might have something else mo
After two hours of walking, they reach their destination. Some old ruins that strangley resemble that of an old stone fort. Might have been a better option for the rest of the humans to take refuge in, but the crumbling walls are in need of a ton of work. Alice jumps up and down in excitement. Her dream is coming true. Becoming a werewolf, and maybe spending the rest of her life with one. Fenrir, on the other hand, doesn't find this place suitable for living in the long term. There's too much work to be done in a hostile place like this. It's overgrown with plants, on the verge of collapse, and their enemies are too close for comfort."We'll stay here for the night." Alice says enthusiastically. "I want you to impregnate me." If it wasn't for all the fur, she could easily see how much Fenrir is blushing. 'I thought she would be a little more classy than this. Women don't talk like this to guys they just met.'"Alice." Fenrir's voice shakes, still caught off guard by her words. "I thin
"What do you mean by that?" Fenrir asks, not understanding how a human doesn't find their own species attractive. "I guess that I'm just different from everybody else." She looks away from his eyes, trying to think of the right words to say as her heart flutters. "I've heard stories about werewolves, and I've always wanted to meet one since I was a kid." She looks into his eyes once again. I always wanted to be one.""Are you sure? Because I can turn you into one right now." Fenrir regrets saying that so soon. Her mind might not be in the right place. He'd rather wait until they are in a safe place where her mind is at ease. Then again, it would help her survive the storm. "After I do this, there is no going back." She hugs him tighter. She's made up her mind. 'Everything about him is comforting.' She doesn't mind that he has killed people, probably out of cold blood. This is something she has dreamed about since she could remember. Everything about this feels right. "I know." It's
"Come back here, Alice." One of them yells at her as if she would obey a command like that in a life or death situation. "We just want to play." Fenrir keeps chasing after them, trying to think of a plan. He wants to save Alice, but can he do it without giving himself away? He may not have a choice. Alice keeps running as fast as she can. She is running out of breath, but she knows that she can't stop. She knows that she is going to have to fight back or hide. She glances over her shoulder to see where they are. She quickly ducks behind a tree as she gets her bow ready and shoots it off quickly in their direction before taking off again. The arrow hits one of the men in the stomach, causing him to fall to the ground. As he screams in pain, the two other men stop to help him. "Don't pull it out." One of them yells. "We need to get him back to the doctor." "He won't make it." The other one says while the man keeps screaming. "We need to catch up to her. He's just going to slow us do
Lords of the fallen, great kings who had once held positions of power to become kings of nothing. Everything comes to an end at some point, but no one thinks that far ahead. Nor would they want to. No one would have thought that an entire world would succumb to a fate such as this. Whoever the survivors are that survived the tragedy, you can be sure that they didn't learn the lessons their ancestors did. Foot tracks. Fenrir stares at them, wondering if it is still a good idea to contact them. They might have been bombed into the stone age. They might be a cannabilistic tribe. Not like he cares, they can't do anything to hurt him. He decides to keep following the tracks, hoping that they will lead to their settlement. Light snow starts to fall, and it's not enough to cover the tracks, but he doesn't want to take his time either. He needs to find this place before the snow gets worse. If he can get there before the sun rises, he will be able to scout the area better without getting no
"It's been a long time." Cloven says to Fenrir after staring at eqchother for what seems like an eternity. "I just want to say that I don't blame you for what you did." Cloven's tone comes of as genuine. "I realized that I'm not a good person. I can't interact with others until I get better." Fenrir looks at him, confused by how he worded that. "So, are you saying that you aren't better yet? What have you been doing here?"Cloven wastes no time answering him. "I thought I was going to die from dehydration until I found that cave over there. Sometimes, the animals that live in their venture outside, that's how I found it."Fenrir rubs his face out of frustration, knowing where this is going. He wants to know if it's true, but he also knows that he is going to regret asking. "Let me guess. The reason that you know that you're not better is because you are having sex with the animals?" Cloven pauses for a moment, and Fenrir sees this as an admission of guilt. "Let me explain!." Cloven
