Flanking the lycans from west was Kohl. In the dense woods for whatever reason the lycans had small groups spread out throughout them. The bigger, stronger and faster lycans were farther north. It made no sense in a war for the lycans to be spread out like that, but then again the species wasn't know for their intelligence. It made wiping out large numbers much easier, he wasn't expecting to have to release so many changed lycans. And a lot of children. He even ran into humans, particularly women, that had been caged. They had finally reached the base of the mountain where the vehicles could no longer go. It was a long ride and for about a hour and a half of it was driving over rocks and large bumps or falling into holes. It made Nora and Amelia nauseated. "Okay, we make camp here for the night." Borislav instructed once everyone had gotten out. "Gabriel please find wood and rocks so I can make a campfire. It is cold and gets much colder during the night." The door to purgatory was barely seen. Unless you were specifically looking for it, you'd probably miss it. Everyone had some form of reaction to seeing it, most people got a sickening feeling in the pits of their stomachs. Borislav was overwhelmed with guilt, that night flashing through his brain.
