This is why I set annoying ringtones for the people I love, and awesome ringtones I could dance to for the spam calls. So, when an obnoxious ringtone woke me up the morning after mine and Kimi’s ER visit, I couldn’t ignore it. I came home from the restaurant to find a very sleepy and very annoyed Kimia. She was waiting up for me on the couch, and I use the term waiting up loosely. Her eyes were half open, and she looked like she was mesmerized by the television. Glancing at the screen told me that whatever she had been watching had ended some time ago. “I thought she’d be back at her sorority tonight.” Jimmy said. I had to smirk.
