My jaw dropped. Anastasia's girlfriend? The thought stabbed at me like a blade. I felt something akin to a heart attack. I couldn't breathe. My stomach churned, and I felt as if I was about to throw up. I couldn't believe it. But the woman was standing right before my eyes.
