Chapter 19

 19. His Ignorance  Lisa's POV... My body stiffened. The bushes vigorously shook and a big dirty wolf jumped out of it. I cannot describe how scared I was. It seemed like it was now my last few minutes of life as he was glaring at me with sundial yellow eyes. He was covered in dust and some drool dripped from his partly opened jaw. My eyes watered as he took a small step forward. My heart called for Alan, I missed him. If he had been here, he would have killed this thing and saved me. But who was I fooling around! There was no one. He was gone. He decided to leave me on my own and left to die. I don't know whether to be happy or sad as I recalled the memories of his hard struggles. He took all the effort and rescued me. The Gorgon Wolves were damn powerful but with very ease he killed them too. He was a rogue but rewarded with immense power.

Chapter 20

20. Her Perplexing past When Alan returned feeling convinced that she had been punished enough with ignorance, he only fountld the fruit basket placed in its old place, untouched. She was nowhere to be seen around either. But his wolf can smell her. Not just her but also salt in the air. She was around only. When he followed the fragrance of her body he found her sitting by the side of a tree crying to herself. She was tired and her stomach churned in hunger. He smiled to himself as he could see how stubborn his mate was.  "Why are you sitting here? I told you to eat the fruits." Alan took a seat next to her on the ground. The soil was cold. He felt heat radiating from her body. She was shivering and her warmth was reducing at the same time. "Come on eat this." he forwarded the fruit basket to her. It was small and accumulated an apple, a bunch of g

Chapter 21

  21. I was forced by him that night.      Alan's point of view...   "Everything was normal. Sebestian and I would practise in the morning, have fun in the evening and towards the night we would spend time together and just like that, welcome a new morning again. Mine was the best family ever." She gulped hardly as she narrated the agony she had suffered.   I was shocked beyond the barricades knowing that I was mated to the most powerful Alpha's daughter. I have heard a lot about Alpha Ryan. My first encounter with him happened three years ago at a party. I was so impressed by his aura that I used to look at him for inspiration— obviously after my father.    Alpha Ryan was a fierce leader and my father was a generous one. Both of them taught me some important lessons.    Some thirteen years ago, dragons and their threat increased largely. They wer

22. I'll Help You Kill Jonah!  Alan's POV  I wished I could just run away so I can easily avoid her further story but I was bound to listen to her. She was my mate. Her life before meeting me is not my concern. She was what she was before meeting me. But still please don't just say what I don't want to listen. "For the rest of the days till my birthday he avoided me. I thought maybe it was because he was ashamed of his brother since he stained their name and hurt their emotions. Jeremy was attached to his twin. Which twin wouldn't! So when he was published to stay a week in the cellars he went in a shock mode. Jeremy went out of the pack house a night before my birthday. I wish... He had never gone because the next morning brought unavoidable destruction in our pack" I had my fingers crossed and my heart sighing in relief as nothing as per my fear was told. But the sadn

Chapter 23

 23. Loving You Was A Mistake Stale air filled the cellar amidst the stinking smell. There was no source of light but a beam creeping inside the cell from the ceiling. It was a purposely created hole, it seemed. The size was small and allowed barely any light.  Poor Elara lied on the ground being chained up. Her lashes lingered wet with tears that were gushing out of her eyes. Her dry lips exhaled and inhaled air for respiration as her nose could not bear the smell. She laid on her side while her wrists were tied behind her back, tightly.  "U-uncle" her lips called for her uncle, her only family whom she left back there in the outskirts of the pack to live alone as she came here for someone she misunderstood for a good lover.  Huh. Her bad.  The tears burst forth like water from a dam, spilling down her face. She felt her cheeks paining in an unde

Chapter 24

24. I Didn't Wish For It Adrian rushed inside his bedroom with a faint Elara. He never meant to put her through something like this. It was truly unintentional. In fact, it should be him accusing her for putting his portrait in danger by blaming him for a sinful act like molestation. Even then he accused himself for not stopping alpha. If he had then she didn't have to bear all this.  Worry twinkled in his eyes as he placed her shivering frame on the bed. Her face has turned pale and pitiful. There were dark circles under her eyes and acne on her cheeks. He cried in frustration when he noticed brutal rashes and redness on her arms. She was roughly handled by the guards.  "Huhh, beta Adrian!! This female..." Betty, one of the omega servants in the pack house who just entered the room with a platter occupied with certain medical necessity gasped as she walked inside. "Beta, this woman was supposed to be staying i

Chapter 25

25. Harrison Hunter from the forest of Taverns.  Under the scorching heat and the blazing sunshine with feet that burned on land as he took every step, Mr. Harrison Hunter merrily walked in the pack market.  He was dressed like a typical tribe with clothes made of animal skin and a leather belt around his waist which had a blade and an axe tucked in. There was a brown sack on his back that seemed heavy by the way his shoulders stayed lowered and some bit slumped.  There was a string of beads around his left wrist whereas his right one had a thick and flat (like a belt) ivory wrist wear with an eagle shaped signature carved in the middle of it.  He had stone earrings put on and hair ending at his shoulders. They were curled like a spring toward the end and bounced with each move. His eyes were sunshine bright and gleaming, which depicted his feelings— his happiness.&n

Chapter 26

26. The yellow wolf  "Beta Adrian, I'd suggest you take a few days break from your duties and take proper bed rest. Your bruises from the whip are bleeding and swollen and I am afraid it will lead to an infection if you continue to avoid them. Only complete rest can heal them besides medicine." Adrian flashed a small yet painful smile to doctor Melanie who observed tiny blood stains on his peach shirt. She was called here to examine Elara. Though she was physically weak and mentally shaken by the punishment imposed on her, she was not harmed much. Just some bruises that have started disappearing after some curing meds were injected into her body. The doc was going to take her leave and let Beta stay with this gorgeous guest until she noticed his forearm as the sleeves of his shirt were folded up. Behind the layer of his hair, his skin was ruby red and beads of blood were visible through his damaged skin.&nbs

Chapter 27

27. Who's that?  In the Vesium Woods, "So when will you start my training, Alan?" Lisa asked as she watched him dig out a hole in the ground with a handmade spear. They had come to the middle of the woods to the part that was closer to Norum lake. Alan was at the moment trying to build an underground cave for Lisa and himself to stay in so as to hide from the enemies and animals. His shirt was removed and hung on a branch growing in the downward direction while his hands worked rapidly with the spear, striking the ground intensely. When he heard her question, he paused and passed her a smile, "Very soon. Before that we need to have a secure place for living and then I also have to get some comfortable clothes for you from the market as you cannot be trained in this gown." She glanced at her white attire and pouted. "You are right. I used to wear leather

28. Rogue Game Revealed? "She just wanted love. But you, whoreson, threw my lovely Elara in the dungeons! She had never even heard about them, you bastard!" He struck painful punches on Alan's spine that he screamed in agony whilst arching his back.   He turned him on his back and charged his jaw. No sooner had his fists met his face than Alan called out to him in daze, "Harrison Hunter, the renowned Knight of Brave Blood Pack!"   "Yes, that's me. And it's good that you know my name. You will know who the hell you messed with, useless alpha." He grumbled and punched on Alan's shoulder, making his yelp again.   He was insanely mad and his dark orbs reflected it. Alan didn't have to ask him why he was getting the beating as the reason was clear. He was here for Elara, the girl he punished twenty four hours ago for accusing his beta.   It was nevertheless not Elara why he was overwhelmed but thi
