3 years ago.. A funeral was held for Melissa's death. There weren't a lot of people there but majority of the people were from Atlas's family, neighbours, Faith's family and Melissa's aunty who was bawling her eyes out. Atlas stood there in black as tears flowed out of his eyes but managed to his face blank and hard. He felt hurt knowing his friend was no more but was still angry at her for everything she did to him and Faith. Faith's POV I felt as if the light had blinded my eyes as I slowly opened them. I squinted my eyes due to the brightness closing them again. I re-opened my eyes and the first thing I saw was the colour white. I looked around and saw white walls surrounding me. 'Where was I?.....what happened to me?'. I gasped all of a sudden as flashes of images popped into my mind. The fire, Leo, me falling to the ground. I quickly shot up from the bed but fell back as I groaned holding my head. My head was in pain making me grit my teeth. I felt a bandage around my head and closed my eyes taking a deep breath. Faith's POV "I will surely meet him Aunt Kate but-", "no buts Faith....you yourself said you wanted to move on and start afresh, so please come over for dinner. It will give me and Dave happiness" Kate pleaded on the phone. I mentally groaned not knowing how to decline her offer. I was supposed to meet Leo today to see how he is doing after the incident. It's been 3 years since I've ever stepped into that house and I am planning to keep it that way but now I was being pleaded to enter that house that is filled with haunting memories. "Aunty please try and understand me it's....it's just hard for me to come over I-", "I know Faith, I understand but please try and come for Leo. He already knows that you are coming over and has been talking about you all day.

Dario's POV   I walk back and forth repeatedly waiting for Fai's call. My blood was boiling in rage. How dare he talk to me like that? that ass had no idea who I am and how powerful I was, I could destroy that boy with a snap of my fingers. He said that Fai is His? I scoff on that thought. Fai was mine the second I laid my eyes on her. She was the light to my darkness, the happiness to my broken life, I will destroy everyone who comes between me and the love of my life. All of a sudden, my phone rang. In a flash I answered the call, "Dario I'm-", "Are you at home?" I cut her off in a cold tone. I heard her sigh "Yes I am, look Dario please don't take his words-", "seriously?" I finished her sentence off. "That bastard doesn't know who he is challenging Fai, he doesn't know who he is messing with, he just signed his death right off" I hissed in anger. "I'll talk to you tomorrow, I've had enough for today" she said and disconnected

Faith's POV   I looked at him in shock. He wants me to marry him?.is this man insane? Has he lost his mind? "Excuse us please" I growled not taking my eyes of Dario's face as I dragged him outside of the room into the back. "Have you lost your mind Dario? What an earth are you talking about?" I quietly shouted at him. Instead of his silly smirks, he gave me a serious expression. "I lost my mind the day my eyes laid on you my love and yes I know what I am talking about. I want to marry you, end of story" he said with a dark tone, our noses now touching each other. "No" I pushed him back. "No... No....no way Dario. You can't do this to me" I said with unshed tears in my eyes. His face softened as he moved closer to me. "If you don't marry me then your parents will force you to marry Atlas and that is something that I will never allow to happen" he stated. "No, they won't. I already spoke to mum and she said she wouldn't do that" I replied
