Another day at training. I didn't mind though. I liked the idea of strengthening my body. I didn't like being weak. I wanted to be able to do things on my own and defend myself. He probably realised I would break if he treated me in the same way. Two days ago, I remembered bits and pieces of the attack and I couldn't remember anything else. Dinah told me to let go of myself and the music was going to take control over my body and move me. She was right. I didn't know how I was doing it, but I was enjoying myself on the dance floor.
