Shane Reynolds was an Englishman raised in the islands. His father was a pirate and he took over after his father. When his mother was murdered, Shane avenged her, but that incident labeled him the most feared pirate on the high seas. He enjoyed knowing no one would start a fight with him and he treasured this and made sure to keep the fear alive with each ship he sacked and sank. He looked around and squinted, trying to see one of the ships. A large crate drifted their way and grabbed ahold of it. He helped her onto it and then climbed on it himself. They held onto each other to keep from being blown off and they drifted for some time as they waited for the storm to stop. She shielded her eyes as the sun shined brightly through as the storm has passed. He nudged her and pointed and in the distance, she saw an island and perked up. He held her steady and they floated to the island. Once they got close enough, they swam to the beach and just laid there. Shane awoke the next morning with the sun hitting his face and feeling more rested than he had a very long time. As he went to stretch, he felt a body next to him and froze. Slowly, he looked rolled and looked over, and saw Kiera. He smiled as the events of yesterday and the last few weeks all came back to him. His smile widened as he looked down and saw that his bandage had been changed again. Careful not to wake her. he crawled out and slipped his pants back and ventured out to find where she got her water source from. He laughed as he found himself hoping it wasn't too far from her and realized he hadn't felt more content in all his life and it was all because he went looking for a ghost and found her in the middle of a hurricane. After about forty minutes of walking, he found the stream and shook his head and wondered how he hadnt come across it before. He knelt down to the stream and cupped his hands and took a drink. They now knew where Pierre was now and they weren't going to stop until they found.
