CALEB PLANTED LITTLE KISSES from my lips down to my chest. My heart was pounding loudly in anticipation. Why wouldn’t I be excited when every time we were doing something like this a cursed person appears? I bit my lip when he sucked my nipple and twirled his tongue around it. My hands automatically grasped his hair and I moaned in pure delight. His other hand was busy playing with the other crown and his finger copied the same way how his tongue moves. 

“HI MOM AND POPS!” I greeted with a bright smile on my lips. I walked across the living room and gave them a kiss. “Well, someone’s in a good mood.”  “What do you mean? I always greet you like this.” 

“I WENT HERE BECAUSE…” I stared at Dawn. She looked tensed and curious at the same time. I wanted to tell her that I miss her already even though we were just together this morning. How can tell her about my feelings when she’s actually facing a problem on her own? Confessing my love for her might cause her distress. It might also appear as a burden and I don’t want her to think and feel that way.

I WAS STARING AT the twins who were silently eating lunch in front of me. They didn’t tell me anything yesterday and just acted as if everything was okay. But I knew better. Dusk clenching her fist and Dawn rolling her eyes meant something. They were not fine and I had a hunch that it really was because of me.

MY HEAD WAS STILL spinning but I immediately stood up when I realized that Dusk was not in the room. I also saw her texts to Caleb that alarmed me. I quickly ran to his room, not even bothering to dress up. "She woke me up asking where you were, Cal. She's still drunk but she insisted going out here. But… why are you two here anyway?" Cass shifted his eyes at Dusk and looked at her confused. "And what did I miss?"
