  “Nola, for the last time, can you please stop singing?” I frowned at Aristotle who was driving. “You're ruining my eardrums!” He added. “Oh wow!” I scoffed. “So you're telling me that my voice is ugly?” He nodded. I slapped him on the shoulder. Wow! For his fucking information, I was a vocalist in the band when I was in high school! I used to participate in singing competition during our town fiesta and I even won numerous times! Only the deaf will say that my voice is ugly. “I'm deeply embarrassed Aristotle Napoleon,” I said sarcastically. “Let me hear you sing then! You always make fun of me!” I yelled. Today is already Saturday, he picked me up at the restaurant earlier and since Tuesday this man has always been playing some stupid pranks on me. Just plain stupid. 

    “Since I can't get to our meeting personally, I would settle for this for the mean time.” Aries said in front of his laptop. My sister and I looked at each other who was now lying on the bed and shrugged our shoulders at the same time.  My sister's therapy was just finished earlier before lunch and this idiot right here, has not left yet. He canceled their board meeting this morning, but the board appealed to him. So here he is now, facing his laptop. Wearing polo and coat while wearing pajamas at the bottom.  He just looks ridiculous.  “Can you tell us why you can't attend the meeting personally, Mr. Higgins,” I heard from his laptop.  He cleared his throat and then looked at me for a moment with his soft eyes. “My wife needs me right now,” he answered.

  "What are you still there, Aristotle Napoleon? You've been inside for ages!" I shouted at him from our bed. "Wait! I'm still packing up! " he replied inside his closet. I sighed exasperatedly. It turns out that this man hasn't packed yet. He was the one who's ordering me to pack my clothes yesterday, yet he hasn't done anything yet. It is already noon, and we will be leaving the country in the afternoon. I'm already dressed up. I'm wearing Caleb's chosen clothes for me, and I paired your GG Marmont sandals. I often use these sandals now. It's just nice, and comfortable. "Hey! Don't tell me you are sleeping inside?   "Woah! Aries, come here! Quick!" I shouted at Aries who's chilling at the sun lounger, drinking coffee while reading a newspaper. I rolled my eyes.   He's even wearing sunglasses. What the hell.   It's 15 minutes before 8 o'clock that's why I'm here at the sea swimming.  He brought the cup and the newspaper to the table beside him. He turned his head to me, showing his usual blank face. "What now, Nola Florentina? Can't you see I'm reading?"    I rolled my eyes for the second time because of what he said.   We've been in the Maldives for a week and a half now. I'm currently relaxing on a sun lounger, while Aristotle stands in the center of the pool. He appears to have been scammed. His brows were furrowed, and he was deep in thought. I giggled at his expression, and he frowned even more. He climbed out of the water and sat on the opposite sun lounger, wiping his hair.He then fixed his gaze on me. "Are you certain you're having menstruation? What if it's just spotting?" With hope in his eyes, he asked.I rolled my eyes at him. Since last night, he's been asking me the same thing! It's already irritating. I was honestly confused as to why I had menstruation last night after we had sex the day before. According to the internet, a woman is most fertile in the days leading up to her period. That's why I'm puzzled! I merely shrugged at him and leaned back on the sun lounger. "C'mon! Answer me!" he whined like a spoiled brat
