In the dark Jeff and his team watched these slavering, rotting creatures move towards them with a startling speed. Their dead eyes almost glowing with a burning hatred and single-minded need for killing.  Three of his team instantly shifted forms leaving clothes and other things on the ground.  A druid in the back was smart to grab up as many things as she could see as the real fighters moved forwards.  The shifters still had their harnesses on so many had to remember they had swords and other weapons making them larger as they fought in this enclosed space.
