He didn’t want things between them to be this way. He wanted to love her, but she needed to learn her lesson. Next time, she would never think to leave him or try to kill their child.

She had not looked this good in a while and she was happy about her appearance. It had been a week since she had seen Alfonso. He had gone away with Tatiana and she had not set eyes on him since. She didn’t bother caring where they were because she was enjoying her time alone. It was better being alone than sitting on the same table with him and Tatiana all over him.
