"Jace, mom called up! She has dad!!!" Arianne said with eyes blurry with tears.
"Shit! What, how did it happened?" Jace said while gently patting her back.
Arianne shrugged. "I don't know! I just talked to him right?"
Before Jace could say another word, his phone rang. Seeing it was Taylor he answered hurriedly.
"Taylor!?!!" But he got startled upon hearing the commotion on Taylor's background. His children came to his mind in an instant. "What's happening there Taylor?"
"Jace, I am here in the kindergarten right now. And there's an explosion not long ago over here, before I reached this place, two of our people has been shot and Tara was kidnapped! Jacob is with us already but there are still men around still shooting on our way!"
"Okay call some more backup and the police! Please bring home my son safe Taylor!" he said calmly and ended the call.

Jace went to the weeping Arianne who got stuck up to the ground. Killian calmly went to James' side and check him for any pulse. Thankfully, he found it eventhough it's weak. He nodded to the paramedics who enter the room and give them instructions about James' condition. He never dare to lay a single glance to Arianne's mother whom he's certain is dead because he knew he never misses a bullet especially if it's a headshot. "Love, it's done now! Tara cried loudly as the pain keeps on increasing because of the movement she'd made unknowingly. Jace push the button for the emergency while Arianne rushed to her daughter. She helped her to calm down just by hugging her gently. She also told her daughter to stay still because her wound is still fresh. A few more seconds and a pair of doctor and nurse came in. The doctor checked her wound and saw that it is bleeding but not too much. He just gave Tara medicine for the pain and let the nurse dressed her wound before they both leave. The whole room would be quiet if not for Tara's constant whining. But both of her parents understood that she is just four years old and got shot by a stray bullet so they know better than to assume that she is only acting like a brat. After a few minutes of whining, Tara got very exhausted and fell asleep. Jace and Arianne both felt so much pity for their daughter but they can only do so much as to hug and kiss her.

Arianne then went to greet Stephen and Elise. Arianne felt a little discomfort because of the guilt of putting Jace and her twins' lives in danger.
