Arianne’s pov It’s our senior ball today! Kristinn and Alexis are both in my room as we prepare together for tonight’s event. Our hair and makeup were done earlier at the salon. We even had our nails painted too. And now we’re putting on our gowns. I am having a burgundy spaghetti strap dress with beads on the upper side. It looks simple but I know it will knock down my man. Probably for the last time, Arianne let her perfectly imperfect family do their usual routine. After dinner, Riza and James retire early to bed leaving Arianne, Jace and the twins. Arianne’s POV I got startled on the constant pounding on the door. Good thing it made me comeback to the present. For several days, I don’t actually have any idea exactly what day is today, all I know is that Jace, Natalia and their marriage are all over the news. That’s why I decided to lock myself in my room. I know it’s kind of selfish but really I don’t know how to face the world anymore most especially my two innocent children. Thank god for Dad and Riza, helped me telling the kids that I caught some virus that’s why I have to stay away from everyone. But I'm also hoping that the news about their father and his wife haven’t reached them yet. Until now, I still haven’t figure out how to explain it to my children. Or if I’m ready for any reaction that would come out from them. I’m very scared honestly! Scared on how will they take it that we can never have their father as often as we needed him because it would also be unfair to his wife.

After over an hour of weeping, Arianne collected herself and went to the comfort room to fix her appearance. She wash her face and put another set of makeup aiming to conceal her crying history not long ago. When she got contented with her professional look, she went to continue finishing her pending work.
