Caleb's words stirred up waves of emotion and Jennifer felt increasingly sad and guilty toward her children. Looking at their expectant gazes, she couldn't bring herself to refuse.

But Cassidy pouted. "I want to sleep with Daddy too! Mommy, can we all sleep together?"

Caleb quickly chimed in, "I'll sleep in the middle with Cass, and you and Dad can sleep on either side. Dad's bed is so big!"
