I gaped in pure awe, eyes leaned still on the spiky crystal shaped at the side of his neck, the exact same shape and size I have on my own neck; and at the same spot.

I actually never thought or believed that I was marked when I found out because I should have knew, but then most of my days in Crystal Moon were spent doing this or the other, I never had any time for myself there.

However, when I arrived here I got the freedom I’ve always wanted and had all the time in the world. I’ve seen myself more than I can count in the mirror and never have I ever sighted this mark until after I got terribly sick and the lady Lucas took me to meet told me about it, only then did I came back home and checked myself in the mirror thoroughly to see the mark on my neck.
