Chapter 3: The wolf prince

The man goes first, the girl follows, the scene is very beautiful. It's true that beautiful girls have to go with a talented man to really match. They were quiet, no one said to anyone. Because this was the first time they met, and didn't want to say anything.

Lily is thinking about strange things happening to her, so she doesn't care who is in front either. Now she wants a place she can stay, avoid this disaster for a while, then find the way back.

"Hey girl, you're going so slow when we get to where we live, our house is 10 kilometers away."

"10 kilometers?"

Lily stared at the man in front of her with wide eyes. If she walked 10 kilometers, her feet wouldn't be able to stand it. "Then you stay here. I'll go first."

The prince pretended not to care, looked away and said:

"So what do you want me to do?"

“Or can we rest here until morning and then continue?”

The prince said nothing, looked at her coldly for a moment, then approached.

"I shouldn't have saved someone as troublesome as you."

He put his strong arm around Lily's waist, then grabbed her and ran across the street. Every gust of wind blew, blowing her bun, it seemed to wrap around her body because the prince hugged her and ran through the forest.

"What's your name?" asked the prince loudly.

Because the wind was too strong, Lily couldn't hear well, so she asked loudly:

"What do you ask?"

He walked more slowly and said:

"What is your name ?"

"My name is Lily, and you?"

"My name is Elias."

As soon as he answered, Elias stopped. He dropped Lily on the ground, just now he held her around the waist, so Lily was tired all over, because she had to struggle for balance.

"Hey you ! I just saw people calling you Prince. What is that? And how did you get there so fast? Don't tell me you were born with that incredible strength and agility."

Elias smiled, said nothing. He turned towards a magnificent mansion with bright lights ahead. Only now did Lily notice it. She rolled her eyes in surprise, then mumbled:

"Am I dreaming?"

“You are not dreaming, this is the truth. This is our werewolf kingdom.”

"Werewolves ? Are you the Wolf prince? Oh parents! Then I will be skinned and boned for you to eat?”

Elias had another laugh at the girl's innocence.

“We actually eat food just like humans. Only a few wolves still have the habit of craving human flesh like before, so they come to humans to catch them. But those wolves were all punished by the wolf king.”

"Well, it is so. Does that mean we live in peace now?”

"Right."

Elias said no more, walked forward. Lily immediately followed. His eyes were full of surprise and indescribable at what he was witnessing. Everything is so fresh and beautiful.

She touched the stalls on both sides of the road, which were elaborately decorated and illuminated by golden electricity.

“Don't touch it if you don't buy it. The smell of humans actually still appeals to werewolves. If you don't want to stir up the latent things inside of them, then stay away from them for a bit."

When Lily heard this, she immediately withdrew her hand. She ran behind Elias, grabbing a portion of the prince's back hemp. This will show them that you are the prince of their country. Don't touch her, it won't be over with the crown prince.

Elias smiled, he judged that this girl was also quite smart, knowing how to take advantage of the available opportunities.

The two walked a little further to the front of the city gate. There were two hairy-faced men holding two large swords standing guard on either side. Both of them were extremely large, probably twice as tall as Lily. Walking past them, Lily felt like she was standing next to two giants.

She looked at them curiously. That curiosity, she did not understand what she was looking for in them. The man standing next to her saw this, took a long snort, then scowled at her. The eyes turn from white to red.

"Roly ! That's my man."

The prince's loud shout brought the gatekeeper to his senses. He shook his head once, his eyes returned to normal, his body also stood solemnly in an upright position.

Elias turned to Lily and said:

“They haven’t fully evolved yet, so seeing the smell of humans will awaken their inner nature.”

"Yeah I get it."

Lily now understood Elias' earlier warning to her at the shops in front of the city gate. She crept up behind Elias, no longer daring to do anything naughty, or to be curious about anything around her.

Suddenly, Elias stopped, Lily also crashed into his back. She looked up to meet him with narrowed eyes, then quickly lowered her eyes, and a faltering voice said:

“Yes… what happened?”

“You stand here waiting for me. I will go in and say good night to the king and I will go out.”

Lily nodded, looked back and forth, and leaned against the wall outside the entrance to the main hall, where the Wolf King used to talk.

Suddenly, a figure passed by, coming to Lily's side without her knowing it.

"Girl, why are you sitting here alone?"

Lily was startled when someone spoke from the back of her neck, while before she looked around, there was not a single person in sight. Lily immediately turned her head. A pretty face, but showing a more dignified and fierce look than Elias. Lily took a few steps back when he got too close to her.

“You… who are you? I tell you, I am the guest of that prince Elias."

“A guest of Elias? I don't believe it. You prove to me that what you say is true."

Lily turned from side to side, peering inside the hall, but inside was a deep, bottomless darkness.

“He… he was in there.”

The man looked at the girl's hand that was pointing inside and smiled sarcastically.

“I don't believe it. I have to send you to interrogate you to see if a human could infiltrate here so easily. It's not ordinary."

Saying and doing, the strange man grabbed Lily's arm and pulled her away.

"Let go of me!"

Lily wrestled with him for a while in the weakness of a small girl, and also a human compared to a strong werewolf.
