Chapter 4: Strange man

"Follow me!"

He pulled her by the collar like a puppy in his arms. Her struggling, punching and kicking him was just like a mosquito bite on stainless steel. 

"Stop. "

A steely voice stopped right in front of the strange man's face. That person was none other than Elias. 

"Elias save me!"

He let go of Lily. She quickly escaped but was tripped by him and nearly fell forward. Then he continued to pull her collar from behind, pull it back and clip it to his armpit. 

His face cocked in defiance of the prince before him. Lily guessed that he wasn't average either, certainly no lower in status than Elias. 

"Prince, what do you want?"

"This question should be asked by the prince. "

Lily rolled her eyes at him, not expecting this cold face to be a prince. So? isn't Elias to save her.

Lily bit his arm hard. He immediately let go of his hand. 

"I didn't expect you to have such sharp teeth. You shouldn't be named Lily, but rather a dog's name. "

"You… you're an insolent, shameless man. "

Lily stood behind the wolf prince, peeking her head out at him, like a dog trusting its master. 

"Douglas, don't touch her. She's mine. "

"Damn it, yours? She's a free woman, not your slave?"

Lily looked back and replied:

"But he saved me. "

Douglas rolled his eyes and threatened Lily. Elias immediately covered her arm in front of Lily and said:

"You can have anyone, but she can't?"

"I feel like the prince is trying to marry her, don't I?"

Prince Elias immediately sprang forward, grabbed Douglas by the collar and pulled him over. 

"I tell you, one person is more than enough. Don't make excuses to quarrel with me. I will never forget that shame with you. "

Douglas chuckled a few times, pushed Elias's hand aside, then turned and walked away. Before he left, he didn't forget to give Lily a meaningful look. 

The Wolf Prince turned to look at Lily and asked:

"Do you know him?"

Lily shook her head. 

"I do not know!"

In fact, in her heart, she felt that she had met him somewhere before, but suddenly couldn't think of it.

As she was lost in thought, Elias grabbed her arm and dragged her in the opposite direction to Douglas. 

"Let's go. I'll take you back to my place. "

Lily ran after the extremely fast footsteps of the Wolf Prince. The path is made of marble, extremely bright and beautiful. The two sides of the wall are covered with glittering gold things. Beside the corridor was a picture of a monster baring its fangs.

"The real wolf is afraid, but the fake wolf is not afraid. And don't come close, I'm afraid it will jump out of that stone shell and eat you. "

"Don't scare me. "

Lily then arched her back, straightened her body, and walked side by side with the Wolf Prince. Both are really narrow alleys, talking extremely refreshing, but somewhat provocative. 

"Hey, where else do you want to go?"

Elias had stopped long ago at a left turn, and yet Lily puffed her chest and continued on. She stopped and turned to look at him, smiling at her. 

"I don't know the way who told you not to tell first. "

"Because of your proud appearance, I don't dare to stop you. "

"Older brother…"

Lily turned around and kicked him in the leg. It feels like the two of you are a close friend, or a couple, rather than a master and servant as they call themselves to outsiders. 

Inside is a very spacious yard, with a lot of trees, but absolutely not a single flower. Lily asked her owner in wonder.

"Why isn't there a single flower in your place?"

Elias was silent and did not answer, his face was full of sadness, looking into the distance as if thinking back to some painful past. He dodged Lily's question and urged:

"Let's go inside. It's getting late, I want to rest for a bit. "

Lily didn't ask anymore, then nodded in agreement. The two continued walking into the hall. There were quite a few maids there. They all looked at Lily at the same time. 

"Human?"

"The prince brought a human back. "

Instead of answering the servants' questions, Elias cocked his chin at a rather old girl standing in front.

"Give her a place to sleep. "

"Yes, my prince. "

The girl went around to the back, where Lily was standing, and said softly:

"You follow me. "

It seems that this girl is the ruler of the Wolf Prince's residence. She didn't talk much, did a lot, and didn't ask Lily anything. Only Lily was curious about everything and asked the girl:

"Are you the manager here?"

"Right. "

"Are there any special rules to follow?"

"No. "

"What is your name?"

"Amity. "

"I'm Lily. Lily Anderson"

All the girl's answers were one word. Maybe she didn't like Lily, so she was too cold and indifferent. Lily followed silently. 

The room Amity led her to was elegant, bright and clean, unlike most of the rest of the rooms here. Most of them are as mysterious as their wolves.

"You stay here. Whatever you need, just ring the bell and I'll come. "

"Thank you, Miss Amity. "

As soon as the words finished, Amity was gone without a trace, perhaps only a gentle breeze was left because her walking speed was too fast.

Before Lily could enter the room, she heard, from a distance away, two girls talking to each other. The two of them are like two completely different extremes. One has a very sexy body, the other has a flat chest and a flat butt. 

"Hey you know what?" The girl with a hot body and extremely sexy dress asked.

"What?" The flat-chested girl standing opposite, bewilderedly asked. 

"The prince brought a human there today. "

Hearing this, Lily guessed that they were talking about her, and stopped to listen. 

The flat-chested girl nodded to show she already knew that, then continued, "I've heard. Will it be the same as last time?"

The big-breasted girl with worried eyes answered: "No? I don't dare to think about it anymore. Wasn't that year the story ended, causing great pain in the prince's heart? But again, will he be able to make it through?"

Suddenly, Amity's voice shouted loudly, startling the two girls: "Are you really free?"

"We… We don't dare anymore. "

Amity looked straight at Lily and said, "There are no scandalous stories here. If you repeat the offense, I will drive you out of the prince's residence. "

"Yay!"

The two girls quickly left the place. Amity nodded to Lily once and then left. Lily knew that Amity's words were not only for the other two girls, but also to teach her how to live in this place. And what the other two girls said was definitely taboo.
