Jasmine's POV
I wasn't feeling okay, but I managed to go do my work. I have an important meeting today with my team abroad. I decided to do it through Facetime. Because I won't be able to go there, I'm busy here.
“ Mom, can we play?” My son went inside my room holding his car toy. I looked at him. I'd been so busy these past few days, and we seldom played together.
I stood up and went near him. I caressed his hair and hugged him.
“ Baby, I'm sorry, Mom is busy working. “ I saw he frowned but soon smiled at me. It's hard seeing him want to play and have a bonding with me but I couldn't even give him time right now.
“ I understand. Mom, Daddy Uncle said that you are busy. I just figured if you are not busy today. But it's okay, Mom. Maybe next time?” He said and kissed me on my chicks.
