We did a lot of things, playing on the beach, building castles, riding boats and other activities. I couldn't deny that I also enjoyed it, especially seeing my son enjoying Travis as his company.

I am watching them while they are grilling meat and marshmallows.

They were both seated near the bonfire and talking.

“ This is my first time doing this,” my son said. Travis looks at him and messes up his hair.

“ Really? Don't worry, I'll make sure that you experience a lot of good things,” he said to him which made my son nod.

If Travis hadn't cheated on me, maybe we’d actually like this even before.

There's a lot of what-ifs in my mind, but I know it won't happen.
