Chapter 387

Daniel pulled Natasha out of the hospital. Looking back now and then, he was afraid that Joshua would cling to them like a nuisance.

It wasn't until they were completely out of the hospital's entrance that he finally breathed a sigh of relief.

"Natty, does Joshua always talk to you like that?" Daniel gripped Natasha's hand tightly, sounding displeased.

"That's just his personality. I've gotten used to it," Natasha replied calmly.

Daniel's frustration spiked. "That's outrageous! How can you put up with it?"

If it were him, he would have put that ignorant guy in his place long ago.

Daniel wanted to keep going on about Joshua, but Natasha brushed it off, saying, "Don't be mad. I'm not bothered, so you don't have to be either."

She never really cared about Joshua, so whatever he said or did didn't bother her at all.

"How can I not be mad? I'm just standing up for you, Natty…" Daniel protested.

"Alright, alright," Natasha soothed gently. She knew Daniel was only looking out for her
