“Miss Roberts you made a slight mistake in the log book for Della Automobiles Company. The figures weren’t adding up so I traced it back to the fifth log and you put 50$ instead of 500$” Nelson said to Amelia looking up from his laptop, demanding an explanation.

“I’m so sorry sir, but that particular file was lost and that was the fault of your former assistant, so I had to use my knowledge of back tracking to recover the emails because the emails for that particular company were not backed up as well. So when I finally recovered the information some of them were missing and I just decided to use my discretion to fill in the missing information. That is what happened sir” Amie explained to her boss.
