“Elijah”

The moment she took his name, he felt his heart thudding against his chest. He was still in shock how she has such a profound effect on him.

His legs automatically started moving towards her.

On the other hand, Rose felt her cheek burning when his eyes were staring deep down in her soul. She looked down in embarrassment.

Elijah didn’t feel his mother’s intense gazes on him as he moved towards his mate. Now, he was standing right in front of Rose.

Rose lifted her head up and their eyes met again for the second time. Elijah’s hand moved towards her cheek like an automatic reaction.
