“Did you not do a good job of taking care of the baby just because Diana hasn’t been around?” Penelope reprimanded Mrs. York with a stony expression on her face.

“I didn’t take good care of Little Miss Bonnie…” Mrs. York lowered her head and admitted to her mistakes.

Just then, the door of the ward opened. The nurse told them that they could go in to consult the doctor.

Diana went in first. It seemed like she was extremely worried about the child. She was in a hurry to see the child.

Sharon and Simon exchanged a glance. Both of them then entered the ward.

“Doctor, what illness does the baby have? Why is she vomiting and suffering from diarrhea?” Sharon asked.

“Based on the medical report, the baby has eaten something unhygienic. She’s having a slight allergic reaction and acute gastroenteritis. She’s still way too young. Her immune system isn’t strong enough. That’s why she started vomiting and having diarrhea.”
