Just then Alpha Damien walked in and we broke the hug. I could see his angry eyes,he didn't say a word to me but dragged me out if Luther's room.
I didn't speak,I just obeyed and followed him silently.
When we got to his room,he flinged me to the bed.
"I warned you to stay away from him, didn't I?" He shouted.
"I..I am sorry,I just went to his room to apologize" I mumbled.
"I saw how good you are at apologizing while wrapped in his arms",he said and paced back and forth to calm his nerves.
I couldn't say a word in my defense because he saw me hugging him. If I tried to explain myself at this point,he would read more meaning to what me and Luther shared.
"You will sleep here tonight" he commanded.
I climbed on the bed and without making a fuss I layed down and slept off.
Before dawn I woke up to get a glass of water,all I could think about was Luther's warm embrace.
My wolf jumped within me after that hug. I couldn't stop thinking about how soft his chests were and how strong his grip was.
I was smiling to myself as I poured the jar of water into a cup, I was lost in thoughts when the water poured on my feet "geezzz" I whispered and then cleaned myself up and drank the water I came for.
"This isn't fair to alpha Damien, keeping another man in my thoughts is almost the same as cheating and I am no cheat.
As much as I cared for Luther, I shouldn't stoop so low as to fantasize abouth his body " I snapped myself back to reality.
I went back to the room,my emotions were all over the place.
Morning came and it was time for breakfast. Everyone made their way to the breakfast table,there was complete silence.
Everyone seemed to be at cross heads with each other.
Only the sounds of the birds outside the building were head and the sound of cutlery.
After breakfast Alpha Damien and I walked through the hallway,when Luther confronted us midway.
"Are we really going to continue this alpha Damien?" He asked.
"Continue what?" Alpha Damien replied.
"Are we really going to go against each other because of Amelia?" Luther said.
"She is not just Amelia but my mate,my Luna and I will not have this conversation with you anymore" Alpha Damien snapped at Luther.
"Back off from what's mine son,you of all people know how I can get" he said.
Tensions were flying high,I saw Alpha Damien's claw slowly popping out from his finger tips.
Before Luther could reply I pulled Alpha Damien with me to his room and locked the doors.
He swushed his hands from mine and angrily walked into the bathroom.
I was alone in the room and my mind kept going back to to Luther,to the hug we shared.
"I am inlove with Alpha Damien,so why does this thought keep coming back to me" I whispered.
Through out the day I kept on thinking about Luther even after several attempts to forget him.
I couldn't sleep in Aloha Damien's room that night,I could barely keep my eye shot.
I was being unfair to Alpha Damien by thinking about Luther while still wrapped in his arms so I walked back to my room.
The next day I was getting ready in my room when lady Rosa came to inform me that Alpha Damien wants to see me.
I hurriedly finished my hair and make up and went to his chambers.
"Why did you leave without saying why last night?" He said as soon as I walked in,his eyes scanning through some files.
"I didn't want to wake you up Alpha,you looked so peaceful" I said.
"I woke up at the middle of the night searching for you until my guards told me you went to your room. It is fine,come here,come have a sit by me".
I went to where he was and sat on the chair beside him.
"Join me pile these up" he said.
I immediately joined him,I was good with documents so he always sent for me whenever they came in.
While piling them up,my mind raced back to Luther.
"What is this?" Alpha Damien said, cutting through my thoughts.
"What is what?" I asked.
"These are the wrong documents," he said, staring at the files in his hands.
"I am so sorry" I apologized and hurriedly tried to change the documents.
As I was switching between documents,the documents already piled up neatly on my laps fell down causing a big paper mess.
I was so scared at what he would do so I bent down to pick them up.
He bent down in front of me and placed his two hands on my shoulder and pulled me up to the chair.
"Are you alright?" He asked,his eyes filled with concern.
"Yes.. yes I am, I'm just a little rusty,that's all." I said with a forced smile.
"Don't worry let it be,it looks like you can use some rest" he added.
I nodded and placed the documents down on the table.
"There's something I'd like to discuss with you," I said.
"If it's about you being Luna,it will have to wait till the coronation day," he replied.
"No that's not it" I stated.
"When I become your Luna can I have another room outside or maybe close to yours because I do not want to see Luther's face anymore".
I couldn't tell his expressions for a minute,then he placed his index finger and thumb on his head as if lost in thought for a bit.
Then he turned to me "Sure anything for my Luna".
I could tell he was upset but didn't want to show it but I had to be honest with him about my reasons.
