“Sir Kenneth may tatlong babae po ang naghahanap sa inyo. Pinapunta daw po sila ng tita Cleofe Ninyo”  sabi ng kanyang secretary na idinungaw lang ang ulo sa harang na nakapagitan sa lamesa niya at lamesa nito.

Kumunot ang noo ni Kenneth saka nagisip. Wala siyang inaasahang bisista. Then he realized…

“Sh*t! She pushes her evil plan” sabi ng binata.

Ang masakit nito kailangan niyang iintertain ang mga babae para hindi maghinala ang madrasta na may sarili siyang ginagawang audition.

“Okay, Mabel tell them to wait for me at the conference room.

Bagamat wala sa mood na tumayo at walang interes sa mga bisita ay tumayo Pa rin si Kenneth. He is a man with manners. Sinadya ni Kenneth na huwag gumawa ng ingay upon entering the conference room. Pinagmasdan nniya ang mga babae from afar.

As he expected, the women are the epitome of classy, and bitches bratts. Magaganda ito no doubt about that At least alam ng kanyang madrasta ang mga tipo niya. Mga sosyal ang mga ito,he dares not to argue. Sa kulay pa lang ng mga kuku at datingan ay masasabi mong ni hindi kayang magprito ng itlog.

 “Excuse me Kenneth, but I think it’s about time you choose between the three of us. Or you can choose all of us. I’m willing to share if it's Kenneth Dela Serna we are talking about.

“As expected, they are classy outside But bold and bulgar inside. Typical bratty bitch” sa isip isip ni Kenneth.Tumayo sa pagkakaupo sa swivel chair si Kenneth sabay ng cros arms and stared at them. An intimidating stare is supposed to tell them that He is Kenneth Dela Serna and no one can tell him what to do.

“As you wish girls, I hate choosing. All of you fit to be in my bed. If only I could marry all of you. I’m more than willing three-some must feel good, isn’t it”

May halong sarcasm na sabi ni Kenneth. But the women took it as a compliment

So, Kenneth gives them a malicious smirk. And Kenneth was disgusted by the thoughts. Ano a nga ba naan ang aasahan niya sa mga beauty and brainless na tulad ng mga ito. This kind of woman lives in a fancy Barbie and Ken World. Who had everything but still craving for more.

They believe that life is about social status and diamonds. I think I would go with the one in the middle” sabi ni Kenneth na hinulaan alang ang pagturo. He dares not to even know her name or her background. Who cares! She will never make it to the final round anyway.

Candidate # 2 Maxine Collins

Dahil kahit paaano ay may napili na nanahimik ng koni ang mundo ni Kenneth. Its Sunday at alam ni Kenneth he needs to come home since katapusan ngayon. His people are waiting for him  kahit pa nga halos ayawe niyang tumontong sa mansion  until the witch is there.

“It’s nice that you come home Iho. I’m glad I've been able to catch you in time” Bungad ng kanyang madrasta na mas mataas pa sa sikat ng araw ang mga kilay. She just woke up or rather just got home.

His stepmother is a younger-to-be-called stepmother by an almost 30-year-old man like him. He is not sure but as he remembers. His stepmother is only 8 years older than him.Kaya  din siguro ilang na ilang siya ng  iuwi ito ng kanyang ama noon.

Now that his father died this woman is living her life to the fullest. With money Influence and all. And he hates it.

“Have you met the girls I sent you? How is it? Aren’t they good enough as candidates? They will be a good wife Iho, they belong to well know family” sabi nito.

Bagamat bumabaliktad ang sikmura ni Kenneth sa madrasta and he never treated her as his new mother. Never in his life has he shown him his true color. It’s better not to trust anyone sabi pa ni Kenneth noon. Since day one he politely treats her. Kung nagrerebelde man si Kenneth ay patago or kapag wala ito sa bahay.

He kept his manner as much as he could tolerate the situation. But with the sudden death of his father and some gossip circulating in the company. Kenneth started to have sour treatment with her. His hatred toward her started to blow and grow bigger.

“What kind of answer do you like from me Cleofe?”  sarkastikong sabi ni Kenneth.

“Well, I mean…Oh Iho, don’t get me wrong. I just want to help you with that matter. Two months is two shorts for a busy man like you” sabi nito.

“You see Kenneth, I’ve seen you went on dates but that's it. You never bring anyone here seriously. You have never been into a serious thing since I step into this house.

Tumahimik si Kenneth somehow, what his tita Cleofe was saying is true. He has never been in any serious relationship since his father died. The last woman who he gave his full attention and compassion was his childhood friend who is nowhere to be found. Naglaho na lamang ito bigla after nitong lumipat ng bahay.At malamang hndi na siya kilala ng kababata. It’s been 20 yrs since that day.

He wasn’t sure if he was so attached to that memories o baka maselan lang talaga siya at mapili. He tried dating, pero never napunta sa seryosong level. Paano mo naman seseryosohin ang babaeng unang date nyo pa lang kaya mo ng hubaran. As he always said he maybe living in this millennial world but his values are intact.

His ideal woman is far different from an ideal woman who fits a CEO like him.

“Try to consider any of those woman Kenneth, they can make you happy”

Sabi muli ng kanyang madrasta.

“Yah, in bed probably” bulong ni Kenneth

He doesn’t want to give her a hint about his plan so Kenneth keeps his mouth shut.
