My heart sank as Kael asked me the question again.

If I were to tell him what that thing had been, then it would send more questions at me.

Questions like why a Death wraith was after me. If that question was asked, only a few would be able to understand me. Some might think that I had gone insane.

The last thing I also wanted was to jeopardize my mission. No one had to know just yet that I had died and come back from the dead. I also hoped that I would not revive any visit from my Death wraith friend.
