The fresh glow of the sun as it penetrated into the room’s windowsills, was enough to make Laura smile in her sleep. She slowly made her way out of the comfort of her bed.

It was so nice having the sun wake her up in contrast to what she had been used to at Lin’s place. For the first time in her while a smile touched her lips. It was genuine and slightly powerful.
