Meeting with Darwin

"Who's stuck in here? Maybe another trap for me. "It's better if I ignore it," Adrik said as he gets going.

The voice was heard once more.

"PLEASE HELP ME, I DON'T WANT TO DIE."

Adrik paused and closed his eyes.

" DAMN!! It's starting to irritate me. If he wanted to kill me, why set up such a cheesy trap? I can't help myself, but I have to save him," he said, clenching his fist, because he can't let anyone die who has done nothing.

OH!! Why am I like this? He inquired about his gentle demeanour.

Then he turned around and started running in the direction of the voice.

"Where are you?" He yelled as he ran into each room.

"I'M ON THE TOP FLOOR. PLEASE HELP, OTHERWISE THE BOMB WILL GO OFF ANY MINUTE."

Adrik dashed to the elevator to reach the top floor.

But some men were waiting for Adrik on the top floor to beat him.

When he got to the top floor, he saw 20 men waiting for him with iron clubs and knives in their hands.

Adrik smirked and took off his coat.

"Come on, let's get started," he said, signalling those men to attack him.

Two of them approached him and lifted their iron clubs to strike him.

Adrik's great high kick turned their attack against them, banging their heads with their own clubs.

"You... five of them lunged at him with knives."

Adrik evaded their attack, but was stabbed in the right arm."

You dare to stab me, his eyes blazed with rage, he kicked one of them, snatched his knives, and stabbed all of them at breakneck speed.

Kicks and punches were being thrown at each other.

"What are you waiting for, come on?" He stated as his Monstrous appearance had returned.

He simply lifted two of them by the neck and lifted them high, smacking them far away on the wall.

"Attack him!!" They all ran towards him.

Adrik's punches were so powerful that the men were thrown down, breaking the windows of the building. His single punches and kicks had the power of 1000 horses.

This was a benefit of his monstrous appearance in his body; he felt like a powerful fighter.

He moved into the small room from which the voice was coming after smacking them all to death.

He noticed a handsome blonde haired man wearing a doctor's cloak, who was tied to a chair and had a bomb strapped to his body.

"Please help me," the man begged, sobbing.

Adrik approaches him and bends down to examine the boom's design.

"All right, I got it. "I can deactivate it, but I need a sharp cutter to cut the wires," he said, searching his eyes for something sharp.

"Oh!! He dashed out and returned with the knive.

"Please do it as soon as possible. We only have ten minutes. Otherwise, both of us will perish here." That young man said with a shivering voice.

"Will you stay quiet or I will simply kill you with a knife?" Adrik retorted, irritated by his constant sobbing.

Adrik scolded him in a terrifying voice, and the young man fell silent.

5 minutes had passed and he was still struggling with the wires.

"Ok!! Now I'm going to cut it, and I'm not sure what will happen after that. But I've deactivated a lot of bombs, so I trust my experience and he cuts the wire." Adrik mentioned severing the wire.

Thankfully, there was no explosion. Adrik successfully deactivated the bomb.

"Hey, now open your eyes. You are safe, "he said to the man.

He slowly opened his eyes and saw himself, safe.

"Thank you!!"

"What is your name?" Adrik enquired.

"Darwin Atkinson, I am a scientist. My father used to work here, but he was killed in an accident while conducting a chemical experiment. He has not completed his contracted years of service, so these people dragged me here to finish my father's service." Darwin expressed his sadness.

Adrik felt sorry for him because he was in the same condition as he was.

"I missed my father; he used to tell me that I should never work where he does because it's an illegal Mafia organisation. I didn't believe him at first, but now I know it's a large tycoon corporation. But I don't want to work here; they've imprisoned me here to die because of my uncooperative behaviour." said Darwin

Adrik said, "Let's get out of here."

"Darwin did say he was getting up, but he fell down again because his knees were injured.

"What's wrong? What's the point of your sitting? Adrik inquired as he sat there.

"I'm unable to move. My knees, hurts he said crawling.

Adrik rolls his eyes and walks towards him.

Picks him up in his arms and walks out of the room.

Darwin's body has turned cold. One male was carrying another male. It was a very awkward situation for him.

In addition, he was wrapping his arms around Adrik's shoulders.

"Are you staring at me because I'm too handsome?" Adrik inquired, a smirk on his face.

Darwin's blue eyes glowed, and he was at a loss for words, what to say!!!

Adrik's personality was truly captivating, and he could make both men and women fall in love with him.

But then Darwin noticed something odd about Adrik.

He was clenching his teeth, and his veins were a purplish-red colour.

"What's wrong with his veins?" He reflected.

Adrik was trying to keep his animal inside, but the blood all over the first floor was making him anxous.

He dashed towards the elevator and stepped down with Darwin in his arms.

""Boss, are you all right?" Lucas dashed inside.

"Lucas!! Adrik was astounded.

" What exactly are you doing here? "I know you're supposed to be with your girlfriend at this time, so why are you here?" Adrik inquired.

"Boss, I'll explain everything, but first let's get out of..." Lucas came to a halt in the middle of his sentence, his gaze fixed on Darwin, whom his boss was carrying in his arms. He cast a quick glance at his Boss, then at Darwin, who was perplexed.

'What happened, haven't you ever seen a man carrying a man?"

Darwin was irritated because Lucas was giving him a strange look as if he were a criminal.

Adrik rolled his eyes in frustration and began hurriedly walking in the direction of the exit, still carrying Darwin in his arms. He doesn't want to become entangled between them, nor does he want to waste his time there.

"Hey, let me down.

"I can walk," Darwin said angrily, smirking.

Adrik pretended to be deafeningly as if hadn't heard Darwin's voice.

Lucas followed his boss, who was having strange thoughts about the situation. Is it true that his boss came here to save his boyfriend? That's why he jeopardised his life!! "No, no, what am I thinking?" Lucas exclaimed, clearing his mind's noisence thoughts.

Soon after Adrik reached for his car, Lucas appeared in front of him and opened the door.

Adrik places Darwin on the back seat next to his seat, then gets in and closes the car door.

Lucas drove us to my mansion, where I wanted to rest.

"Yes," the boss Lucas said as he sat in the driver's seat and started the engine.

" Where you're taking me?" Darwin asked in a panicked tone.

"This is so annoying," Adrik sighed resting his head on his seat.

"Do you think you'll be alive if I let you go? Do you know anything about Novikov Consigliers? They can be very trustworthy business tycoons, but they can also be brutal killers for those who betray them in any way." Adrik said in hushed tones, but it has explaining power.

Fear gripped that young man's eyes.
