I watched as Leonard held our little angel in his bare arms cooeing at her. It was a rare yet an adorable sight to behold, I wish the time to just pause so I could stare at the beautiful picture my mind was creating and reserving it in the messy memories but something about those painful memories had changed.

Without my realization the memories I held onto thinking that I will never be able to forgive this man had started diminishing and his massive struggle and efforts to get me back had started overpowering those painful memories I once lived.
