Natalie Norton immediately understood why Georgia had been taunting Yara earlier. She said, "You should watch your words."

Yara dismissed Natalie with a cold snort. She thought lower-class people weren't worth her time.

Natalie also lost interest and kept to herself.

During lunchtime, Georgia came by again to deliver Yara's meal. If it weren't for the fact her family was in need of money, she wouldn't have wasted her time on such an ill-mannered client.

"Have your food," Georgia said as she set out the meal.

Yara glanced at the food, which looked no different from what she'd been served before, and picked up her spoon. Meanwhile, no one brought Natalie a meal, which made Yara sneer.

"You don't even have a caretaker."

Natalie wasn't offended and continued to play with her phone.

Soon, the door to the ward opened, and a young woman in her 20s, Sandra Ridley, entered with a small child in tow. "Mom, I'm sorry I'm late. I had to work late."

Natalie's face lit up with a warm smile.
