Chapter 702

Yvette followed Claude back to his current residence—Rosewood Estate.

Rosewood Estate was spacious and decorated lavishly with flowers. It seemed oddly mismatched with Claude's persona.

Yerick didn't go to the estate with them. When Claude and Yvette made their way in, the maids in Rosewood Estate bowed respectfully. "Welcome back, Mr. Lander."

He told them to go on with their duties.

Upon reaching the living room, Yvette asked, "How are you feeling now?"

Claude had mentioned that he had just regained consciousness and was still recovering while on the phone with her yesterday.

Yvette had expected to see him lying on the hospital ward when she'd come over. She was surprised that he was able to pick her up at the airport and have a meal together.

Claude had his back to her and said nothing, reaching over to unbutton his shirt. His shirt was off before she could even react.

"What are you doing?" Yvette asked, stunned.

Claude tossed his shirt over to the couch and turned around.
