“So I guess the rich money can't save them,” One of the inmates laughed out loud and the others followed behind them.

Three years in this hell hole and these people have refused to drop this topic, they bring it up all over again when they are bored.

“She is rich but tried to kill her sister,” I turned and used my blanket to cover my face, I didn't want to hear the nonsense they were saying.

“I heard the sister who she tried to kill is the one raising her son, instead of sending him to foster care,” another said and they all laughed.

That was it, I have had enough, I sat up so they would know I was wide awake, “Anything you have to say, say it to my face,” I glared.
