Tycelyn's POV

I stood in front of Layla's house, ringing the doorbell but there was no reason. I was sure she was home, her car was in the compound with another car Which was so familiar.

I had promised Kenzal's grandma that I would make Kenzal take his position at the company and I have done nothing yet. This was the one thing I wanted to do before Kenzal and I went on that vacation. I also wanted to show everyone the fact that Mason could work and made sure I wasn't seeing things.

I dialed Layla's number and it rang from inside, I continued ringing the doorbell till someone opened it.

I bent my head to drop my phone inside my bag, "I have been out here for more than thirty minutes," I exaggerated, I haven't even been outside for three minutes.
