Tycelyn's POV

I drove through the familiar yet unfamiliar street, it was different, everywhere was renovated, but I couldn't remember much about it and I haven't been here in the past twenty years.

"It's been over an hour, where are you?" Daphne asked over the phone and from her voice I already knew she was pissed.

"Here," I parked in front of the apartment, I came down from the car and waved at Daphne with a smile on my face.

"What took you so long?" Daphne hit my hand lightly.

"I was a bit busy, you know," I rubbed the place Daphne had hit.

"Ky…Kylie," an elderly woman who could barely walk came up to me and started touching my face with tears in her eyes, "It's…it's…my baby."

Was that my birth name? Or was that her child's name?

"What's wrong with her?" I mouthed at Daphne, she shook her head and shrugged her shoulders.

"Granny, why did you come outside?" A young teenage girl came outside and held the elderly woman, "She has dementia."

Oh, that explains the behavior.
