Tycelyn's POV

“DD?” Father called with uncertainty and Doreen pulled away from me.

She looked like something had been exposed, “Let's go,” Mother held my hand and wanted to drag me out of the living room. She stopped when she noticed I didn't move an inch.

“He just called your name,” I said looking emotionless at Doreen.

“Good evening sir,” Doreen greeted without looking at Father.

I don't care what this is about, I just want Father to find out I'm his biological daughter.

“Father, I asked you why you had my Mother's picture in your office,” I asked again, my question seemed to bring Father out of his trance.

“Doreen,” Father passed me and went to hold Doreen's hand, “It's you, you are alive,” Father went on his knees before Doreen and began crying, “My DD is alive.”

I looked at Mother and the color on her face seemed to be drained as she shook her head in denial continuously.
