I had run for a while, chasing some small prey, taking out mine and Aspen’s frustration on the small animals we found in the forest. But I struggled to focus and wasn’t doing brilliantly. We had spent the afternoon at Manuel’s parents’ house, spending time together as one big family I guess. A BBQ to welcome my family and Lola’s family. Though to look at them now you would think they had always been here.
