Stacey paced back and fro in Ronan’s study room, waiting for the door to open and his arrival. She had a lot to say, words to yell out, questions to ask and she needed answers badly. Finally, she halted as the door opened only to reveal the same guard that she has sent to get him for her,

“The alpha has ordered for you to come to the meeting room. The elders are there with him.” The guard relayed the message to her, bowing and silently closing the door.

Stacey sighed, sighting a chair and taking her seat. She closed her eyes and leaned her head on the chair, thinking back to everything she had to say.
