I wake to the sound of water in the bathroom. I take a deep breath and look around, but there is no one in the room with me. I had wanted to talk to Raine, but she has been out for a few days now. I am lucky to have Grayson. I know this already, but I am still scared and nervous. I never thought I would have a mate or a boyfriend even. But, he has been patient with me. He sleeps on the bed with me but doesn't try to push anything between us. We usually hold each other. I hear the water cut off, and it is not long until I see him walk out of the bathroom. He has his towel hanging around his waist. I lick my lips. He looks divine. I do want to rub my hands down his body and feel his muscles under my skin. His laughter breaks the spell that his body puts me under. I look up till my eyes meet his.
