Rory lay in bed, staring at the ceiling as she tried to process the events of the evening. She had confronted Julian about her suspicions, but he had denied everything. He had made excuses, told her she was being paranoid, and sent her to bed.

But Rory knew what she had seen. She had seen the way Julian looked at that woman, the way he smiled at her. She had seen the way he touched her arm, the way he leaned in close.

Rory's mind was racing with questions. Who was that woman? What was her relationship with Julian? And why was Julian lying to her?

As she lay there, Rory felt a sense of unease creeping over her. She had always known that Julian was charming, that he had a way with women. But she had never suspected that he was cheating on her.

Or had she?

Rory thought back to all the times Julian had been late, all the times he had cancelled plans at the last minute. She thought about all the times he had been distant, preoccupied.

Had she been ignoring the signs? Had she been too blinded by love and luxury to see what was really going on?

Rory's eyes narrowed as she thought about it. She was going to get to the bottom of this, no matter what it took. She was going to uncover the truth, even if it meant destroying the perfect facade they had built.

With newfound determination, Rory threw off the covers and got out of bed. She was going to start investigating, and she was going to start now.

Rory walked over to her dresser and pulled out a small notebook and pen. She sat down on the bed and began to write down everything she knew about Julian's infidelity. She wrote down the dates and times he had been late, the names of the women she had seen him with, and any other details she could remember.

As she wrote, Rory felt a sense of clarity wash over her. She was taking control of the situation, and she was going to get to the bottom of it.

When she finished writing, Rory closed the notebook and put it back in her dresser. She knew that she had to be careful, that she couldn't let Julian know what she was doing.

She got back into bed and lay down, but she couldn't sleep. Her mind was racing with thoughts of Julian and his infidelity. She kept thinking about the woman she had seen him with at the party, and wondering who she was.

As the night wore on, Rory became more and more agitated. She couldn't take it anymore. She had to know the truth.

She threw off the covers and got out of bed. She walked over to the window and looked out at the night. The city was still alive, the lights and sounds of the traffic and pedestrians filling the air.

Rory took a deep breath and made a decision. She was going to follow Julian, to see where he went and who he saw. She was going to get to the bottom of his infidelity, no matter what it took.

With newfound determination, Rory turned and walked back to her dresser. She pulled out a pair of jeans and a sweater, and quickly got dressed. She grabbed her purse and keys, and headed out the door.

It was time to take control, and to uncover the truth.

Rory walked out of the mansion and into the cool night air. She took a deep breath, feeling a sense of freedom and determination. She was going to follow Julian, and she was going to get to the bottom of his infidelity.

She walked over to the garage and got into her car. She started the engine and pulled out of the driveway, following the winding road that led to the city.

As she drove, Rory's mind was racing with thoughts of Julian and his infidelity. She kept thinking about the woman she had seen him with at the party, and wondering who she was.

After a few minutes of driving, Rory saw Julian's car up ahead. She slowed down, keeping a safe distance as she followed him through the city streets.

They drove for about 20 minutes, eventually ending up in a seedy part of town. Julian pulled over and parked his car, and Rory did the same, keeping a safe distance.

She watched as Julian got out of his car and walked into a nearby building. Rory's heart was racing as she realized that this must be where Julian was meeting his mistress.

She took a deep breath and got out of her car, following Julian into the building. She kept a safe distance, trying not to be seen as she followed him up the stairs and into a luxurious penthouse apartment.

Rory's eyes widened as she saw Julian embracing a beautiful young woman. She felt a pang of jealousy and anger, but she kept her cool, determined to learn more.

She hid behind a nearby curtain, watching and listening as Julian and his mistress talked and laughed together. Rory's heart was breaking, but she was determined to get to the bottom of Julian's infidelity.

As Rory watched and listened, she learned that Julian's mistress was a woman named Sophia. She was a model, and Julian had met her at a photoshoot a few months ago.

Rory's heart sank as she listened to their conversation. They were talking about their plans for the future, and how they were going to be together soon.

Rory felt a wave of anger wash over her. How could Julian do this to her? How could he lie to her and cheat on her like this?

She took a deep breath and tried to calm down. She needed to think clearly and figure out what to do next.

As she watched, Julian and Sophia started to get more intimate. They were kissing and touching each other, and Rory felt like she was going to be sick.

She knew she had to get out of there. She couldn't watch this anymore.

Rory slowly backed away from the curtain and made her way to the door. She opened it quietly and slipped out into the hallway.

As she walked back to her car, Rory felt like she was in a daze. She couldn't believe what she had just seen.

She got into her car and started the engine. She pulled out of the parking lot and started driving, not really paying attention to where she was going.

Rory's mind was racing with thoughts and emotions. She was angry, hurt, and confused. She didn't know what to do or where to go.

As she drove, Rory started to feel a sense of numbness wash over her. She was going to have to deal with this eventually, but for now, she just didn't want to feel anything.

She kept driving, not really knowing where she was going or what she was going to do. She just knew she had to get away from Julian and his mistress.

As Rory drove, the city lights blurred together in a haze of color and sound. She didn't know where she was going, she just knew she had to get away.

After what felt like hours, Rory found herself at the beach. She parked her car and got out, walking towards the sound of the waves.

The ocean air was cool and refreshing, and Rory felt a sense of calm wash over her as she walked along the beach. She didn't know what the future held, but for now, she just needed to be alone.

As she walked, Rory stumbled upon a small bench. She sat down, wrapping her arms around herself as she stared out at the ocean.

The waves crashed against the shore, and Rory felt a sense of peace wash over her. She closed her eyes, letting the sound of the waves wash away her worries.

As she sat there, Rory realized that she had been living in a dream world. She had been so caught up in her perfect life, her perfect marriage, that she had ignored the warning signs.

But now, she was awake. And she knew that she had to make a change.

Rory sat on the beach for hours, watching the sun rise over the ocean. She felt a sense of clarity wash over her, a sense of purpose.

She knew what she had to do. She had to leave Julian, to leave behind the life they had built together.

It wouldn't be easy, but Rory knew it was necessary. She deserved better than a cheating husband, better than a life built on lies.

As the sun rose higher in the sky, Rory stood up, feeling a sense of determination wash over her. She was ready to start a new chapter in her life, a chapter built on truth and honesty.

And as she walked back to her car, Rory knew that she was ready to face whatever came next.
