Breakfast gone wrong

After the birthday party, the boys refused to let Aurora return to her apartment. They told her they wanted her to be with them till the next day, indirectly giving Arthur more opportunities to talk to her.

Although Aurora tried to remain stolid to all of Arthur’s flirting, she was happy that he was trying to get her attention. And for the very first time in a long time, there was no Anita.

No talks about her, and no thoughts about her.

Aurora refused to sleep in any other room apart from the boys, and this was because she was beginning to miss them already. The next morning, she stared at their faces and smiled.

‘It’s crazy how time flies. They are all grown up now.’ Her lachrymose eyes spoke of overwhelming gratitude and joy. ‘If only I could stop time. I wouldn’t want times like this to pass.’

Standing up to her feet, she planted kisses on their sleeping heads before heading out of their room. As she got to the living room, her nostrils caught a pleasant aroma in the air.
