“He hung up and probably blocked the number. I can’t get to him anymore.” She answered, tossing the phone aside in anger.

“I told you. You don’t have to check up on him. You know where to get him.”

“Don’t blame me for trying to reach out. I miss him and I don’t want him to just forget about me. Didn’t you see the video? He seemed so happy and all.” She uttered, rolling her eyes.

“No! He can’t be happy without me!” She yelled, making him scoff.

“Sometimes I wonder if you’re just going after him for his money or if you do have feelings for him,” Alec answered with a loud sigh, slamming into the same couch she sat on.
