Governing a newly acquired region is not at all an east task, after all one of the thing that you had to deal with and do is, cleaning all the messes that were left behind from the other predecessor. On one hand, I need the citizens to be apart of Aeternum as fast as they can so that everything can move on, as it should be, but on the other hand, there were another complication and that is the hassle of the illiteracy of nearly 90% of our new citizens, and in Aeternum which is now already a modern society, not being able to read and write is certainly a big problem.
