On one hand, I need the citizens to be apart of Aeternum as fast as they can so that everything can move on, as it should be, but on the other hand, there were another complication and that is the hassle of the illiteracy of nearly 90% of our new citizens, and in Aeternum which is now already a modern society, not being able to read and write is certainly a big problem.
