Zipporah’s Point of View

“Lady Zipporah, someone is looking for you”, my maiden said after she knocked on my door.

“Let her in”, I responded. I already knew who it could be.

I look at the clock in the wall and its quarter to seven. She is the only one who will come this late and I wonder what's the problem now.

I heard a knock once again and I just waited to see who would come inside of my office. I am not in my room because I actually love staying here. Sometimes I sleep here when I am too tired to go inside of my room. And besides, everyone in the manor knows that I usually stay here.

Someone opened the door and I was not mistaken when it was Coitronia, the right hand man of the Alpha. She greeted me with her usual expression, the neutral one.

“Good evening, my Lady”, he greeted me as he bowed a little and I just smiled in return.
