Chapter 2: Unexpected Plan

(Six Months Ago)

“Agatha?” I heard that soft voice in my back, as I turn I see my mother's lovely face, standing outside of my room with a glass of milk in her hands.

“May I come in?” she asked, while her eyes gleamed.

“Of course Mother, you may come in” I responded with a smile.

“We’re so blessed of your father, to have you as our daughter, Agatha” my mother whispered while she was brushing my hair, together with me facing the mirror, as well as I, see my beautiful reflection also the gorgeous reflection of my mother.

My world was interrupted when I hear those words from my mother, I just can't believe that she is saying these kinds of words, they soften my heart.

“Agatha, you're such a big girl, I was supposing and your dad if you can get married on your 18th birthday,” she spoke.

‘I can't understand what she's saying’

“Getting married was not on my plans,” I stated.

“But your parents were.” she declared.

“What do you mean, mother?” I asked with confusion.

“We already discussed your wedding with Xavier's parents, he's an Alpha.”

“I don't want to get married mother,” I commented.

“But Agatha you have no choice, either” she whispered, and I stand and faced her.

“All my life, you and father controlled and manipulated me, as if like I'm a gullible little girl.” I blurted out. “But tonight it changes. You and father can't dictate my life mother, not now, not anymore.” I remarked with a prominent voice, and I met an unexpected slap on the palms of my mother.

“How dare you to say that, you're just my daughter, as long as you live here, your life, our rules.” she rambled, as well as my mother came out of my room with a grudge on her face, together with I was left in tears.

I at once closed my doorway, nevertheless, I sat down on the ground and I felt burnt and inflamed in my chest, and the drop of a liquid that fell into my eyes started to burst into tears.

While I constantly sobbing, I'm remaining sitting on the surface. I noticed the casement with blinding on it and due to it was blustery at that time, I could gazed the big round full moon in the sky, at that moment I felt a serenity that travelling on my soul.

(Next day)

I am now looking in the mirror at the dress that my mother give to me. I will wear tonight its colour and design are red and it has a butterfly around it that was stunning for me, and I will wear it tonight to meet Xavier's parents and him. I can't believe that I'm getting married to a man that I don't even know or even love, and tonight is when we're going to talk about our marriage.

Are they crazy? They rush things too much.

While I'm dressing. I will introduce myself. My name is Agatha Montana a lone wolf, you could say that cause all my life I've been stuck in my room, in this pathetic house. While my parents keeps controlling me. I'll be turning 18th for the next couple of months, so I will be able to shift for the first time on the second of midnight after my 18th birthday, and yes, I'm a werewolf.

Soon afterwards, someone knocks on my door.

“Come in,” I commanded.

As my father open the door and walked toward it.

“Father, why you're here?” I ask.

“You must be thinking right now, about why you need to get married on that Alpha. Agatha the family of Xavier is a noble family in our world. Let me tell you a story about a virtuous family and a garbage couple. That garbage couple is me and your mother, Agatha. Past few years when you're mother and I are working on them as their helper. For many months, we torment of them, just to gain their trust.” He uttered with a long face. “But after many years, finally I and your mother obtain their trust, and not long afterwards, we are telling each other the darkest secrets, and until now we are the ones who know their secret. And a noble family and a trash couple became a companion, and when your mother gives birth to you and the mother of Xavier gives birth to their son, we make a deal and decision you and Xavier will get married on the day of your legal age as our gratefulness to become their companions,” he remarked.

“Are you done?” I spoke with a smirk on my lips.

“Agatha!” he stated.

“Can you just please leave?” I whispered.

As my father walked out of my room and close the door.

‘What else can I do? I'm just a girl who follows orders from her parents, but I will assure after tonight, there will be no ceremony that will last.’

I am now sitting on a chair and what is facing me is a massive table, I look around, my vigilance has captured the chandeliers and lights that fulfil in this mansion especially the dead animal statues like the slash off of a tiger's head and others are reptiles and serpents.

“Ow, I hope Xavier can get here,” she mentioned. It was the mother of Xavier.

“Don't worry darling, I know Xavier will be here soon with his packs.” her husband uttered.

“How about you Agatha? How are you?” mother of Xavier asked.

“Hmm, I'm planning to get suicide after this,” I responded and saw their faces like they didn't want my pathetic joke.

“Argh, don't you all be serious.” I spoked.

“That was not even funny Agatha.” my mother commented.

“Oh, there he is.”

I saw Xavier walking towards us. I saw his blue eyes.

‘How these beautiful eyes, gives me lust.’ His lips, jawline and nose are indeed perfections.

“It was so wonderful, that we are all together, at this moment.” her mother smiled, and he sits beside his father.

“Good evening, how it is going?” he spoked.

“Xavier, don't you see Agatha? She is the woman, whom you married and soon became wife,” his father commented.

‘Wife my foot’

As he stared at me with his lascivious eyes.

‘This jerk, did he trying to seduce me?’

“By the way what is the exact date of the wedding of the two of them?” her mother asked.

“On January 8th. Agatha's legal age.” my mother commented.

“Mother how about, I gave my opinion of my own, that I don't get want to get married,” I stated with a smile.

“Agatha what are you talking about? Us and your parents already discussed the marriage of you with Xavier.” his father commented.

“Marriage my foot,” I responded with full of confidence.

“Agatha!” my mother blurted out.

“Agatha, can we walk in?” I saw Xavier standing beside me, but I didn't respond as I saw his blue eyes, flamed, which gives me chills.

As I stand and walk out, Xavier keeps following me. Until he grabbed my limbs.

“How dare you, to say that on my Father, If I were he, I almost cut your head off,” he whispered, as his eyes maintains burning.

“Why? Is that disrespectful a lot to say that?” I whispered with a smirk.

“You must thinking right now, that I'm allured about you, but let me tell you this, I can't do anything but fulfil my parents' order to marry a pitiful girl like you,” he whispered to me.

“Pitiful? Why don't you look at yourself first, you always follow what your father gives instructions to you, as if like you are just a dog who keeps obeying his owner, arf arf” I chuckled, as his face full-on seethe.

‘Hmm so satisfying.’

“Whoo,” he calms himself because he knows he can't kill me in the mansion of his parents.

“Shame on you Agatha, your parents torment just to gain the trust of my parents, and I must ponder if your parents loved you, caused you're just a single coin to trade with because you are just pertaining to a garbage couple, I mean family,” he stated as he closer his faced on me, soon afterwards I didn't notice that my tears started to fall on my eyes.

I didn't think twice but I ran off until I finally leave the mansion.

I keep running as my tears continued falling into my eyes. As I saw the vast forest and trees, I sat on the grass and I'm at the bottom of the tree, sitting.

As I glared at the full moon.

‘Shame on you Agatha, your parents torment just to gain the trust of my parents, and I must think if your parents loved you, caused you're just a single coin to trade with because you are just belonging to a garbage couple, I mean family.’ this line keeps running on my mind as the tears burning on my eyes.

“Are you all right?” I heard that soft voice on my back, as I turn, I saw a man standing behind the trees, I can't see his full appearance. It was too dark.

“Do I seem alright?” I responded.

“Hmm, you are too adorable to cry.” He whispered.

And he walked toward me, and my jaw dropped as I saw his biceps and his six pack abs, he just wearing pants, and his cat eyes makes me want him.

“Who are you?” I asked.

“I’m Lucas. I'm a vampire,” he whispered as he says I immediately stand with full of awareness.

“Don’t worry. I will not gonna kill you” he uttered with a soft voice.

“And how do you make sure about that?” I asked.

“Caused I'm not into a vampire that you know,” he stated, as I saw his eyes. His eyes tell everything. He's broken, just like me.

Not long afterwards, I sat on the grass and gazed at the full moon, and Lucas sits beside me.

“When I look into your eyes, you look so broken and tired. Why is that?” he asked.

“Just let's say, my parents manipulated my whole life, and now I'm getting married to the man that I do not love,” I responded.

“That’s horrible,” he stated.

“Can you help me?” I said with a teary-eyed.
